DESCRIPTION:This is your Official Call Letter for the November 18\, 2024 Organizational Meetingwhere we will elect a new Board who will serve for the next two years\, as well as electing 88 State Committeemen. \nFor the Organizational Meeting\, the minimum quorum percentage is 25%\, or a minimum of 66 PCs. \nPlease bring your photo ID for credentialing. \nDoors open at 5:30pm. No entrance will be permitted prior to 5:30pm. \nWe have extended credentialing to close at 6:45pm to accommodate those who are not able to make it by 6:30pm. Credentialing will close promptly at 6:45pm\, and no one will be permitted to check in after that time. Please plan accordingly\, \nYou may carry up to 2 proxies. Please ensure they form is completely filled out and signed prior to arriving at the meeting.
